paternal custody rights and medical ethics applicable

In the proceedings to the rights for children, mothers sometimes put favor of so-called certificates pediatricians before. The certificates are designed to give the contact with the child restrict or impede. I was interested in whether this is a civil legal advice. I am also interested in whether there is a recommendation for dealing with the missing custody of illegitimate children and their fathers. I in December 2009 to put a question to the Medical Association . If they want the writing to the Medical Council, here's a suggestion:

complacency certificates for presentation to the family court, medical approach to the custody of illegitimate fathers

Ladies and Gentlemen,

put the mothers of illegitimate children often before medical certificates with which the deal is complicated by fathers with the child. Are there any professional ethical and medical guidelines? The medical treatment of illegitimate children is cause for concern. According to the German courts have no illegitimate fathers custody and therefore no opportunity to participate in medical treatments. The view of the courts is unconstitutional and breaches the European Convention on Human Rights. Also on this subject I would like to inquire whether there is civil legal and medical directives? Could the exclusion of the father for certain diseases even be a medical error?

With kind regards

NN

The Medical Association declined to comment because she could not give individual legal advice.
