The European Court of Human Rights has again criticized the German courts to
lack of custody of illegitimate fathers . By German courts and the legislation is adhered to the basic unlawful discrimination illegitimate fathers and their children for many years. It is necessary for the good of illegitimate children. Some fathers can not understand this argument, they practice civil disobedience .
